What’s Growing at the Farm

Little Fig Farm is a family operation nestled in Scappoose, Oregon, about 20 miles northwest of Portland. Our primary focus is a diverse collection of 48 fig varieties (Ficus carica) chosen for cold hardiness, flavor, and reliability in the Pacific Northwest climate.

We grow a mix of well-known Pacific Northwest favorites such as Desert King, Olympian, Lattarula, and Chicago Hardy, alongside European heirlooms, Louisiana State University releases, and unique selections that thrive in our mild winters and warm summer microclimates.

Beyond the fig orchard you’ll find the everyday rhythm of a working family farm — careful pruning, soil building, and the quiet satisfaction of harvesting fruit that neighbors and customers actually look forward to each season.
